Our cakes are made using the best ingredients, we source locally wherever possible and we are always looking for clever ways to make cake eating possible for people who would usually have to refrain. We have developed a very special range of cakes using vegetables, which means we can cut the sugar and fat in our cakes without compromising on texture or flavour, it also means they are much lower in fat and calories and you get a great dose of vitamins, a bonus whichever way you look at it! Our standard vanilla and chocolate sponges aren't bad either.
